Policies and Procedures 2005 
 
Shipping and Handling
  All orders are shipped UPS ground unless other method requested.
  Shipping charge is 3% of total sale with a minimum of $15.00 for ground.
     
Shipping Turnaround
  Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt or sooner.
  Back orders will be billed at time of shipment.
     
Return Policies
  Prior approval required.  A RGA (Return Goods Authorization Number) will be assigned by an authorized Natural Touch representative.
  Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt in order to receive credit or replacement of product.
  There will be a 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping cost
  All returns MUST be insured to their full value.
     
Minimum Order (Wholesale Only)
  There will be a minimum order of three of the same product.
     
Return Checks
  A $30.00 service fee will be charged and the account will be put on either credit card or "cash basis" only.
     
Wholesale Pricing
  A Sales Application MUST be signed before the sale of products both Professional and Retail.
  For licensed professionals using a retailing business environment.
  A copy of Professional License, Business License, State Sales Tax ID#, Professional and Business Liability Insurance Certificate (1000,000,00) per occurrence, and a Natural Touch Peel/Product Waiver must be included with application.
