| Shipping and Handling |

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless other method requested. |

Shipping charge is 3% of total sale with a minimum of $15.00 for ground. |

| Shipping Turnaround |

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt or sooner. |

Back orders will be billed at time of shipment. |

| Return Policies |

Prior approval required. A RGA (Return Goods Authorization Number) will be assigned by an authorized Natural Touch representative. |

• |
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt in order to receive credit or replacement of product. |

• |
There will be a 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping cost |
| |
• |
All returns MUST be insured to their full value. |

There will be a minimum order of three of the same product. |

A $30.00 service fee will be charged and the account will be put on either credit card or "cash basis" only. |

A Sales Application MUST be signed before the sale of products both Professional and Retail. |

For licensed professionals using a retailing business environment. |

A copy of Professional License, Business License, State Sales Tax ID#, Professional and Business Liability Insurance Certificate (1000,000,00) per occurrence, and a Natural Touch Peel/Product Waiver must be included with application. |
